Blake was top notch. We were flying in from across the country and our son and wife from China to have a real estate “speed dating” weekend to find a condo. In preparation he asked many questions to determine our interest, sent us links to view properties and was ready upon our arrival to take us  to areas and condominiums. On the Saturday, he took us to see many others and Sunday a second look at the three top condos. By Monday when we fly home, we had a P+S signed. He grew up in Portland and knows Portland in detail. We were struck by his honest forthright guidance. He gave us frank assessments of the areas and also let us know right away if there were any possible pitfalls with condo complexes. He negotiated with the seller for us. He arranged for the inspection. He found and connected us with someone to install hardwoods to replace carpet. In addition, he has a great amount of flexibility and humor. He also keyed into our tastes in short order. We have worked with realtors in many areas of the country and Blake surpasses all. I wouldn’t use another realtor in Portland!
